Tieto Caretech in Norway is hiring a DevOps Engineer for the DDC PRS product team. You will work with customers, architects, developers and application specialists to deploy, package and upgrade software and to move on-prem workloads to the cloud.

Role emphasizes automation, documentation and reliable cloud operations, with a strong focus on quality, communication and structured delivery. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-year ICT education; relevant experience can compensate.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and pipelines.
• Windows Server management, rights and certificates.
• IIS and web app configuration.
• SQL Server and SQL scripting.
• PowerShell / batch scripting.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Install and upgrade Tieto Workforce Planner with applications for internal test envs and customers.
• Package, verify and deliver new software versions.
• Move on-prem infra to cloud for internal and customer installations.
• Maintain Workforce Planner in a cloud environment.
• Improve automation for packaging, delivery and deployment.
• Maintain installation documentation and internal environments.
• Migrate customers to new servers during upgrades.
• Assist customer IT staff as needed.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction.
• Maintain infra for automated testing and test web services.
• Test web service APIs and optimize DB queries.
