Tieto is seeking a Head of Public 360° to sustain market leadership in Nordic case and document management. You will drive AI transformation and set strategic direction for P360 across products, services and partnerships.
You will own the unit's P&L, GTM, product strategy, and operations while guiding cross-functional teams through migrations, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring customer outcomes remain central.
Do you want to shape the next generation of public-sector software?
Through public sector software, Public 360° connects case management, documents, records, workflows, governance, and automation into one secure operational environment for public-sector organizations. We improve everyday work in the public sector for the good of citizen services.
As the Head of Public 360°, you will work to ensure that P360 maintains its position as a market leader in case and document management systems in the Nordics. In doing so, you will drive the AI transformation and establish new ways of working. The role is instrumental in securing the success of Public 360’s software offerings and contributes to the company’s mission of improving the everyday work in the public sector.
Lead AI transformation and new ways of working — Set direction for P360’s AI transformation and guide its adoption across relevant parts of the business. Identify where AI can improve products, engineering productivity, professional services, support and sales; establish practical ways to test, learn and scale useful applications. Ensure quality assurance remains part of AI-assisted customer work, including plans and estimates.
Lead the P360 business — Own the unit’s P&L, go-to-market, product strategy and operations. Translate business priorities into clear goals, decisions and execution, balancing growth, customer commitments, delivery capacity and financial performance.
Guide product direction — Lead the evolution of P360’s case, document and records-management portfolio, including its online and on-premises offerings, integrations, workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Keep customer needs, product quality, lifecycle considerations and the requirements of public administration in view.
Strengthen customer and market outcomes — Together with the P360 organization and with sales communities, develop the Nordic customer base, support migrations and module adoption, and pursue selected new-customer and partner opportunities. Maintain close attention to customer needs, retention, delivery quality and commercial execution.
Improve delivery and operating practices — Help teams make delivery more repeatable, including migrations and professional-services and support work. Connect available capacity to customer delivery, and support effective collaboration across product, technology, professional services, support and sales.
Lead and develop people — Set clear direction and priorities, manage performance and foster collaboration, accountability, curiosity, empowerment and learning as the business and its ways of working evolve.
Extensive experience leading a software or technology business, preferably in a product-led environment, with responsibility for business performance and cross-functional execution.
A strong interest in technology and AI, with a practical understanding of how it can change products, workflows and the way teams deliver value. You can lead adoption while keeping people, quality and customer outcomes in focus.
Experience setting product or business direction and translating it into priorities, decisions and measurable execution.
Ability to build effective relationships across technology, product, professional services, support, sales and shared functions, and to engage credibly with customers.
Curiosity, a growth mindset, sound judgement and the ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
Preferably a formal degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
The role will report to Managing Director of Tieto Indtech. Travelling will be required. Application deadline 1st of November 2026.
