Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations strategies to meet the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of warehouses, transport fleet, and distribution centres.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies governing logistics operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and develop a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve company objectives.
