Job summary

Dagali Fjellpark invites applications for an Operations Manager to lead our mountain outdoor base in Dagali, Norway, starting September 2026. The role covers summer and winter seasons, managing guest services, activities, and a small team.

You will oversee administration, assets, and collaboration with Finance, Booking, and Marketing. Compensation includes around NOK 220/hour with potential for a fixed salary and bonus after a trial period; accommodation is provided initially.

Responsibilities

• Management of the employee team during summer and winter seasons (approx. 15 and 5 people respectively)
• Manual and administrative management, development and maintenance of the base
• Practical day-to-day operation of the base and its activities
• Administration and preparation of materials for accounting
• Management of company assets (buildings, vehicles and activity equipment)
• Cooperation with the Finance Director, Booking and Marketing departments
