As the Head of Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the team to build a platform aimed at educating, financing, and simplifying treatments for patients. Your primary focus will be on improving conversion rates for healthcare providers and improving patient experience.

Having just completed their public launch, they are geared up for substantial growth in 2024.

As the most senior technical expert, you’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, and design leaders. Your role involves shaping our technical direction and swiftly delivering solutions aligned with the ambitious business goals.

You’ll be in charge of a great team of engineers who were part of the founding team and supported the launch. Managing and leading teams is crucial for this role, along with strong skills in working with other stakeholders in the business. As this is an early-stage startup, you’ll need to closely collaborate with the engineers and be hands-on in designing architecture and making technical decisions.
