Job summary

Adecco Karrieresenter is looking for 2–3 experienced Steel Fixers / Concrete Workers, including 1 BAS / Team Leader, for a short-term quay/harbour project in Sogndal, Norway. The roles require English or Norwegian and the ability to work on-site.

Salary depends on experience. Benefits include free accommodation, a daily allowance of NOK 210, and up to NOK 1,500 for the first flight ticket. Start from 15 September; project duration 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steel Fixer and/or Concrete Worker.
• Previous work experience in Norway.
• Communicative English or Norwegian.
• Ability to work independently.
• Accurate and responsible approach to work.
• For the BAS position, previous experience coordinating a team is an advantage.
• A valid D-number is required.
• Available to start from 15 September.

Responsibilities

• Steel fixing and reinforcement work.
• Installation and tying of reinforcement.
• Concrete work.
• General duties related to the construction project.
• For the BAS/Team Leader position – coordinating and organising the work of the team.
