Job summary

Adecco seeks experienced Concrete Workers, Rebar Workers and Shuttering Carpenters for long-term construction projects across Trøndelag, Norway. You will be involved in concrete structures from start to finish, including formwork installation, reinforcement, and concrete placement, while upholding high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concrete worker, rebar worker, or shuttering carpenter.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Scandinavian construction experience is an advantage.
• Class B driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, and dismantle formwork systems.
• Perform reinforcement and rebar installation according to drawings.
• Participate in concrete pouring, finishing, and related works.
• Read and follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Cooperate with site management and other trades.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
