NOV Tuboscope in Tananger near Stavanger is seeking an Inspection Assistant to support inspection activities in a practical, hands-on role. You will work closely with experienced inspectors and contribute to safe, quality-driven procedures in a challenging operational environment.

No prior NDT or inspection experience is required; the right attitude and willingness to learn are valued. Basic English skills and reliability are key, with Norwegian language as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tubular equipment for inspection as part of the team.
• Assist inspectors throughout the inspection process.
• Set up inspection areas, tools and equipment daily.
• Support safe, efficient completion of inspection activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with basic data entry, documentation and records.
• Follow health, safety, quality and procedures.
• Participate in training and learn basic inspection principles.
