As we expand into Norway for the 2025-2026 winter season, we are seeking passionate guides and photographers to join our team in Tromsø!

About the Role:

We’re hiring both part-time and full-time tour guides for the winter season. Responsibilities include:

• Leading high-quality, responsible tours in Tromsø.

• Driving in snowy and icy conditions.

• Engaging with a small group (max 8 people) while ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Capturing professional Northern Lights photography for guests during the night tours.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driving license (B) for Norway, and the permit to drive customers (kjøreseddel).

• Basic knowledge of DSLR camera manual settings.

• Experience in the tourism industry (references required).

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent communication, ambition, and punctuality.

• Ability to handle long polar nights and challenging winter conditions.
