Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (knowledge of reservation systems is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must have own visa or eligible to work in Norway without sponsorship
• Accommodation can be provided if needed

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
• Assist with luggage, deliveries, and other requests as needed
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
• Arrange transportation for guests as requested
• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and managing reservations
