Qualifikationen

• BECE certificate; WASSCE, TVET, or customer-service training is an advantage.
• Numeracy, clear communication, and confidence handling cash and mobile-money payments.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or customer support is an advantage.
• Customer service, cash handling, digital payments, food safety, or hospitality certificate is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests, take precise orders, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
• Process cash and mobile-money payments with accurate records and proper handover.
• Handle customer questions, order changes, and handoffs with warmth and speed.
• Keep the counter, ordering tools, menus, and customer area organized.
• Support order tracking, delivery handovers, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
