Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing management experience across multiple locations or brands.
• Strong digital marketing expertise including PPC, SEO, LSA, paid media and lead generation.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets with ROI analytics.
• Collaborate with operations, field teams, agencies, and partners.
• Experience in home services or multi-location marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local and regional marketing strategies to grow revenue.
• Manage marketing investments across PPC, SEO, LSA, paid social and more.
• Partner with General Managers to align marketing with business goals.
• Lead a $3M marketing budget and optimize ROI/ROAS.
• Analyze performance metrics like lead volume, CAC, and revenue impact.
• Lead agency and vendor relationships to ensure KPI delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity for growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all locations.
• Present results and strategic recommendations to leadership.
