Job summary

Visoid is building a web-based application for architects to speed up design workflows and visualization. We are expanding and hiring a Growth Manager to own the funnel, run experiments, and drive growth across product and marketing.

You\'ll collaborate with our Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure architects learn about and adopt Visoid while iterating the growth strategy. The role requires a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, data analytics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with growth, marketing, or product management.
• 3+ years of experience in managing product-led growth funnels.
• Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and qualitative research to draw actionable conclusions.
• Experience in full-funnel ownership. You\'ve run acquisition, signup, and usage as one connected system, not three separate jobs.
• Familiarity with digital marketing methods such as SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Founder mentality. You\'re building a function, not inheriting one.
• Hands-on experience working with AI- and agentic tools like Claude, Codex, Nate or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the funnel from first interaction to signup, usage, or churn.
• Collect and analyze user insight using Mixpanel and other tools.
• Run experiments with the growth team, publish hypotheses and learnings.
• Be the technical marketer: build integrations, automations, agents, SEO/SEM, landing pages and tracking.
• Run performance marketing: manage paid content placements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Design and build Visoid\'s channels: referrals, invitation flows, in-app loops; test and iterate.
