Job summary

Arm Limited in Trondheim invites students to join a graphics software internship starting in June 2027 for approximately 10 weeks. You will contribute to Direct3D driver features, debug code, and develop tests and demos, while collaborating with engineers across sites.

We seek candidates currently pursuing a Master's/PhD (or an exceptional Bachelor's) with strong C/C++ skills, Windows experience, and familiarity with Direct3D or Vulkan.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's/PhD (or exceptional Bachelor's) with ≥2 years completed.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience in a Windows development environment preferred.
• Background in graphics APIs (Direct3D or Vulkan) and related math is a plus.
• Motivated to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute new features to production Direct3D drivers for Windows on Arm.
• Debug and fix issues in the driver codebase.
• Develop and extend Direct3D API tests and demo applications.
• Collaborate with engineers from other software teams across sites.
• Participate in team meetings and daily engineering practices.
