Job summary

Harbour Energy is offering a structured graduate programme in Exploration & Production in Stavanger, Norway. You will join a multidisciplinary team to develop subsurface understanding, optimize asset value, and contribute to production planning while gaining hands-on experience across the asset lifecycle.

The programme targets graduates in Geoscience or Reservoir/Petroleum Engineering with a Master’s degree and internships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Earth Sciences or related E&P discipline.
• One internship in E&P preferred or university study within a reasonable time frame.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and integrate subsurface and production data to support decision-making.
• Contribute to reservoir evaluation and field development planning.
• Develop and maintain geological and production models.
• Deliver technical evaluations to support exploration programmes and well planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geoscience, engineering and drilling.
