At Autodesk Oslo, we develop next-generation, AI-powered architecture design tools. Our teams build everything from advanced 3D web drawing to real-time analytics powering multiple Autodesk products. You'll help shape the Forma Industry Cloud for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
We're on a mission to help design better cities. With 90% of future population growth expected in cities and construction responsible for 40% of global CO₂ emissions, the AEC industry must evolve. We're building a new generation of cloud-based software that helps architects, urban planners, and real estate developers design sites and buildings in a new way. Our Forma Design applications focus on outcome-based design, helping users weigh living quality (sun, daylight potential, noise, etc.), environmental impact (embodied and operational carbon), and profitability so they can find smarter, more sustainable solutions for their projects.
We're a fundamentally agile organization, built on empowered teams that have the freedom to innovate at speed while staying aligned. We believe in servant leadership and team accountability, so teams are trusted to find the best way to develop their solutions, with a bottom-up approach to decision-making. Engineers, product managers, and designers work side by side, collaborating across functions and time zones. We're an agentic-first organization, so working alongside AI tooling is part of how every team operates.
From day one, you'll deliver real value as part of an empowered product team. You won't be on the sidelines: you'll own features end to end, help shape what gets built, and see your work reach customers around the world.
We invest in your growth from the start. At Autodesk, learning is part of the job: you'll work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product managers, contributing to real products while building your skills in a supportive environment. You'll also build the habit of working effectively with AI-powered tools as part of your daily workflow.
As a graduate, you'll have opportunities to connect with the wider Autodesk community through events such as Autodesk University (AU), TechX, internal meetups, workshops, and hackathons, as well as external conferences, bringing new ideas and perspectives back to your team.
