Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services invites applications for its Graduate Engineer Program based in Stavanger with opportunities to work in offshore roles. The program is an 18 to 24 month rotation for engineers across multiple departments, providing hands-on, real-world experience and leadership development.

The program starts in summer/autumn 2027. You will gain broad exposure to operations, build technical and professional skills, and work with experienced colleagues to prepare for future specialist

Qualifications

• Strong English written and verbal communications skills; Norwegian is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Fields include Energy and Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Structural and Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Geology, Geoscience, Geophysics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Materials Technology or Industrial Economics.

Halliburton offers 15 positions with an 18 to 24 months Graduate program for Engineers.

The Graduate Engineers start in different departments; however, the core elements of the program are the same. You'll receive hands-on, real-world work experience that will help prepare you for the next step in your career.
