Job summary

Framo AS in Bergen is seeking a Global Sales & Project Engineer to join the Marine Business Department. The role combines engineering know‑how with commercial execution, developing technical specifications and quotations for international customers.

You will handle sales, project execution and customer relations, traveling to engage with ship owners, energy majors and yards around the world, gradually assuming more responsibility.

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent technical degree in engineering, technology, maritime studies, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• International travel and direct customer involvement from an early stage.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical system specifications and commercial quotations, including technical and commercial analysis and calculations.
• Take increasing responsibility for sales and project execution, from the initial customer request through to order and contract handling.
• Coordinate and follow up projects with customers and internal teams; participate in technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
