Job summary

Quorum Software seeks a Privacy & AI Governance Specialist to advance global privacy, data protection, and AI governance programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design and responsible AI practices while supporting compliance and operational excellence.

You will contribute to vendor management, customer assurance activities, and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, reporting to the Data Protection Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance.
• Experience with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and global privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve privacy, data protection, and AI governance programs.
• Maintain RoPA, data maps, DPIA/PIA materials, and privacy documentation.
• Advise stakeholders on privacy, vendor privacy reviews, data subject rights, and cross-border transfers.
