Qualifications

• Recent Masters graduate (or graduating in 2026) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn and contribute from day one.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, creative, and analytical.
• Hands‑on video editing experience (Premiere) and familiarity with AI tools in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Brand Marketing, Media & Communications, Growth Marketing, Product & Segment Marketing, and Client Marketing.
• Support development and execution of brand campaigns and events across markets.
• Contribute to digital campaigns, SEO, paid search, and website initiatives.
• Help translate market insights into compelling messaging and go‑to‑market plans.
• Assist in regional marketing activities to strengthen client relationships.
