Nscale seeks a Commissioning Director to own the gate between capital spent and capacity. You will set the standard, approve or refuse capacity, and build a commissioning function scaling to multi-gigawatt campuses. You’ll operate across Norway, UK, Finland, and the United States with advanced cooling and efficiency considerations.

This build role requires creating the standard, tooling, team, and operating model from scratch, with extensive travel and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in critical facilities engineering.

Responsabilités

• Author and own the Group Commissioning Execution Standard — the L0–L6 framework, test scripts, witness and evidence rules, defect taxonomy and turnover package specification.
