Job summary

ColliCare Logistics in Norway seeks an experienced Content Specialist to drive global content and storytelling across markets. You will write, design, produce, and optimize content for lead generation, campaigns, and customer engagement, working with cross-functional teams.

This hands-on role focuses on creating and delivering high-quality content across digital and print channels. Office options include Vestby/Oslo with possible hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years in content marketing, communications, or digital marketing (B2B preferred).
• Excellent English writing and storytelling.
• Experience with SEO, content performance analytics, and digital marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategy across channels.
• Plan, create and publish content for pages, newsletters, social media, and internal channels.
• Produce and coordinate articles, landing pages, customer cases, campaigns, video, photography, and graphics.
• Develop compelling stories and concepts to strengthen brand awareness.
• Create and optimize materials to support lead generation, sales activities, and customer engagement.
• Lead design and production of marketing materials ensuring brand consistency.
• Act as system owner for content production and DAM platforms (Imageshop, Adobe CC, Canva, Storykit).
• Develop and maintain marketing templates (ads, one-pagers, newsletters).
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across markets and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, country teams, and agencies; measure and optimize content performance.
