Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GIS experience (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar).
• A customer-facing background in success, support, solutions engineering, or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through their first workflows in Atlas.
• Run product demos, training sessions, and workshops — both remote and in-person.
• Translate customer needs into clear, prioritized feedback for product and engineering.
