The role

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to help build the core of our product — the system that transforms large amounts of unstructured candidate and employee data into predictive datasets that power critical decisions.

You’ll join as our third engineer, owning major parts of the stack and influencing both product direction and the engineering culture from the earliest days of a startup.

What you will be doing

Own the full journey from technical design to customer impact.

You’ll architect and scale systems that process large, complex datasets, build interfaces where career‑defining decisions are made, and integrate AI models that uncover patterns previously invisible.

This hands‑on, technically demanding role spans the full stack. You'll build high‑quality data pipelines and APIs, design intuitive front‑ends, and develop AI models that predict future performance.

You’ll work with cutting‑edge technologies including modern React/TypeScript, Node.js, cloud infrastructure, and state‑of‑the‑art AI/ML integrations, all while leveraging AI‑powered development tools for intelligent code generation and review.

Who you are

An experienced fullstack engineer (3+ years) comfortable across the entire stack, with strong backend skills and solid frontend capabilities. You thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are eager to work deeply with AI.
