Job summary

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our software team in Longyearbyen Svalbard. The role involves building and maintaining front-end and back-end systems for our web applications.

You should have experience across languages and frameworks, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with responsive design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and other developers.
• Write clean, scalable code using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and back-end languages.
• Implement front-end designs into functional web pages with mobile-first approach.
• Develop and maintain APIs for data exchange between front-end and back-end.
• Troubleshoot issues and bugs identified during testing.
• Stay updated on web development trends to improve products.
