• Work Location: Near Novena

Key Responsibilities

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types over the Helpline, Live chat or via Walk-ins
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step‑by‑step e‑Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
