Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, and can build production-grade, modular software for live environments. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Experience integrating agents with live tools and managing persistent state.
