Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role offers pay up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible scheduling.

We partner with leading AI organizations to train LLMs to function as proactive, multi-step agents. Ideal candidates have backend engineering and AI automation experience, plus a track record of building production-grade software with modular design.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Practical experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience building multi-stage coordination tasks and integrating agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail and various APIs.
