Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a dedicated FP&A Lead to support our dynamic Growth Marketing business unit. This role is a key strategic partner to Marketing leadership, providing the financial analysis, forecasting, and insights necessary to optimize marketing spend, evaluate performance, and drive profitable growth. If you are passionate about the intersection of finance, data, and high-impact marketing, this is the role for you!

What you’ll do
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire Growth Marketing budget, including digital channels (e.g., SEM, Paid Social), content, creative, and personnel.

  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the efficacy of various marketing channels and campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and investment shifts.

  • Analyze the financial impact of new product launches and marketing initiatives.

  • Prepare compelling and insightful financial presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, clearly articulating marketing investment performance.

  • Drive improvements in financial reporting and planning processes related to marketing spend tracking and accruals, ensuring high data accuracy and efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Experience supporting a Marketing or Growth organization is a must.

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling (e.g., budget roll-ups, scenario planning).

  • Experience with FP&A/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and how marketing investment impacts the P&L.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail.
