Stott and May Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, understand their workflows, and design AI-powered solutions that integrate with existing GenAI and VoiceAI product suites.

You will work across engineering, product, and customer delivery, taking projects from discovery through production and ongoing optimisation, with a hands-on focus and ownership mindset. Fluent English and Nordic language skills are a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of software engineering or similar technical experience.
• Strong software architecture and system design skills.
• Experience in building multi-agent/prod AI systems.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
• Strong communication skills and customer interaction.

I’m working with a fast-growing Voice and GenAI Unicorn, that’s building solutions to help enterprise businesses automate complex workflows and are growing at a genuinely impressive rate.

They’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers within a cross-functional team, understand their challenges and build AI-powered solutions that have a real impact based around their existing GenAI and VoiceAI product suite.

It’s a hands‑on role across engineering, product and customer delivery, where you’ll take projects from discovery through to production and ongoing optimisation.
