Job summary

Oman OnlineConnect in Alta, Norway is seeking a Formwork Specialist to join our field team and help construct temporary formwork and molds for concrete projects.

You will read blueprints, measure and cut materials, assemble frames and ties, install formwork on site, pour and cure concrete, and ensure safety and accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a monthly salary of about $1,300.

Formwork Specialist

As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing temporary structures and molds used in concrete construction. You will use various materials, such as plywood, steel, and aluminum, to create formwork according to project specifications. Your work will ensure the stability and strength of concrete structures before the concrete is poured.

Key Responsibilities

• Install formwork on construction sites, ensuring proper alignment and stability

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques used in formwork
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans accurately
• Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month
