Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Loss Control Field Inspector to perform inspections of commercial or residential properties. This part-time/occasional role lets you set your own schedule while traveling within your territory to complete surveys and reports with supporting photographs.

You will apply company standards to identify risks, communicate findings, and deliver timely reports. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required; insurance coverage must meet policy minimums.

Qualifications

• Competent use of digital camera, word processing and email.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Work from home with travel to inspection locations.
• Automobile insurance coverage of at least $100,000 BI and $300,000 PD or combined.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Identify risks using manual rules and company standards to reduce accidents.
• Prepare schedules to maximize time efficiency and meet service targets.
• Contact insured via phone, email, and text to set appointments.
• Complete loss control surveys and document issues with photos.
• Provide status updates via internal progress reports.
