Qualifications

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling.
• Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches.
• ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients.
• Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress and work-life balance.
• Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals.
