We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team in Alta Norway As a Fitter you will be responsible for assembling installing repairing and maintaining industrial equipment used in various industries such as manufacturing construction and mining This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to assemble equipment accurately
• Use hand tools power tools and welding equipment to assemble and install equipment
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs as needed
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency in using hand tools power tools and welding equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications
