Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, along with excellent communication and the ability to work at heights in varying weather conditions.

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of existing facades
• Install and maintain facade systems including cladding glazing and insulation
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to ensure proper execution of designs
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in facade design and installation
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
