BlueHorizon is seeking an experienced Formworker to join our construction team in Bergen, Norway. You will be responsible for creating and setting up concrete forms for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency on site.

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. Requirements include at least 3 years of formwork experience, ability to read blueprints, familiarity with formwork systems, physical fitness, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Formworker experience.
• Knowledge of different formwork systems and their uses.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
• Pour and level concrete into forms using various tools and equipment.
• Install rebar and other reinforcements as needed.
• Remove forms after concrete has set and clean up work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times.
