EV HUB AS is a Norwegian technology company specializing in repair and remanufacturing of high-voltage components for EVs. In our new Hagan facility north of Oslo, we work with HV batteries, power electronics and e-drives, combining R&D, engineering, testing and production under one roof.

The role focuses on disassembly, inspection, reassembly and testing of e-drives and related components, following strict safety rules and producing high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and strong communication are essential.
• Ability to solve problems and think creatively in repair scenarios.
• Attention to detail and technical proficiency in high-voltage systems.
• Structured, methodical approach and teamwork across the EV HUB Lab.
• Good English language skills for written and verbal communication.
• Eligibility to work in Norway with potential work permit support.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble, clean, measure and inspect components against spec.
• Replace bearings, seals and worn parts, and reassemble to torque and tolerance.
• Run end-of-line tests and document each unit.
• Keep workstation and tools in top condition.
• Improve methods, tooling and throughput with technicians and EV HUB Lab.
