We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Construction Manager in Alta Norway This is a full time position that does not require any previous experience in construction management

As an Entry Level Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish This includes coordinating with contractors managing budgets and timelines ensuring compliance with safety regulations and communicating updates to stakeholders

You will work closely with a team of experienced construction managers who will provide on-the-job training and guidance

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment has excellent organizational skills and is able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners

While this role is suitable for both men and women preference will be given to male candidates due to the physically demanding nature of the job

To be successful in this role you should have a degree or diploma in construction management or a related field You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in project management software is preferred but not required
