About The Role

Hightouch is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our Northern Europe team. As part of our small but growing team, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence across the region, closing complex deals, and shaping our go-to-market strategy in Southern Europe.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure
  • Proven success building pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions
  • Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive‑level relationships
  • Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever‑changing environment
  • Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions
Bonus If You Have
  • Experience selling in Northern European markets
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack (CDPs, data warehouses, reverse ETL)
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high‑growth startup environment
Language Requirements

English fluency is required. Additional proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
