Naimar seeks an Engineering Head to lead the engineering vertical (Process Engineers, Maintenance, Automation) in the Oslo metro area. This strategic role will align engineering activities with operational performance and continuous improvement across industrial projects.

You will drive modernization, CAPEX initiatives, and technical solutions while building a high-performing team and ensuring safety and compliance in an advanced MilTech environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Mechanical/Automation/Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of engineering team leadership experience.
• Experience delivering CAPEX projects is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management.
• Lean / TPM / Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with CAD / CMMS / ERP systems.
• Native-level Norwegian and upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities in production.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
• Lead engineering projects (modernization, new line launches, CAPEX).
• Cooperate with contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Analyze losses, downtime and defects; implement optimization and automation.
• Build and develop the engineering team with KPIs and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with technical, industrial, and safety standards.
