Job summary

Zahar Industrial Company is seeking an experienced engineer to join our design team in Norway. You will develop and maintain the engineering design of products including manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, general arrangement drawings, bill of materials, operation and maintenance manuals, performance curves, procedures, and instructions.

You will develop designs and product structures for new pump models and product lines, collaborate with the supply chain to enhance global supplier

Qualifications

• Time management skills, detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Must be self-motivated and customer oriented, have excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Occasional travel to support the business and projects.
• Advanced computer skills with Engineering Design Software.
• Observe all environmental, health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Work at a fast pace while prioritizing many important, urgent, and sometimes conflicting assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the engineering design of products including manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, general arrangement drawings, bill of materials, operation & maintenance manuals, performance curves, procedures, and instructions.
• Develop designs and product structures for new pump models and product lines.
• Work with supply chain team to develop global supplier capabilities for all products.
• Create and maintain accurate item master and bill of materials in the ERP system.
• Support field service in diagnosing and correcting field issues.
