Job summary

Aibel invites graduates to join a multidisciplinary team as a Graduate Piping Engineer in Harstad, Northern Norway. You will gain hands-on experience in piping design, engineering and project execution from concept to completion.

Work closely with experienced engineers while contributing to safe, efficient and sustainable solutions within the energy sector. Norwegian and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or Technical College Diploma in piping or related technical discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in piping design and energy industry solutions.
• Good communication in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• Motivated to build a career in Northern Norway.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and design of piping systems for offshore and onshore facilities.
• Preparation of technical documentation, specifications and reports.
• 3D modelling and design using industry-standard engineering tools.
• Technical support and collaboration across engineering disciplines.

About the position

As a Graduate Piping Engineer, you will join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team and receive close guidance from experienced engineers and specialists. You will gain valuable hands‑on experience while developing your expertise in piping engineering, design and project execution.
