Responsibilities

• Independently manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple countries and time zones.
• Coordinate calendars involving candidates, interview panels, hiring managers, executives, and key stakeholders.
• Arrange virtual and in-person interviews, including multi-stage processes.
• Coordinate domestic and international candidate travel and itineraries.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and other TA tools.
• Provide high-touch support to candidates throughout the interview process.
