Job summary

Adobe in London or Dublin seeks a Global Employment Tax Advisor to influence our global employment tax strategy and ensure compliance across regions. You will guide cross-functional partners on tax implications of compensation, benefits, travel, and remote work, while leading global projects and audits with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a strong tax background, 3+ years in employment tax, and certifications such as CPA/ACA/FCA/EA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, tax, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in tax compliance, including payroll tax, benefit tax, and equity-related tax issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well-reasoned judgments in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery in calculations, graphing, tables, and automation to process large quantities of data.

Responsibilities

• Manage all elements of tax compliance to ensure regulatory alignment for employment tax.
• Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to cross-functional partners and business units.
• Lead global projects and deliver comprehensive reports and documentation.
• Support employment tax audits and respond to information requests.
• Stay updated on changing tax laws and proactively implement actions.
