Job summary

On seeks a Senior Specialist in Campaign Production for the EMEA region to translate global storytelling into high-impact regional executions across retail touchpoints. You will own the campaign production lifecycle, manage budgets, and build strong vendor partnerships to maintain premium brand standards.

You will collaborate with Global Studios and regional teams to deliver sustainable, scalable production solutions that elevate On’s retail environments across Europe, the GCC, and Africa.

Qualifications

• Typically around 5 years of relevant retail/campaign production experience.
• Experience leading multi-site retail campaign production and 3D spatial installations.
• Hands-on with 3D design software to review blueprints and guide production builds.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end campaign production lifecycle for regional builds and on-site installation.
• Manage the EMEA campaign production budget balancing cost and premium output.
• Audit and expand regional supplier networks to ensure seamless delivery and high standards.
• Collaborate with Global Studios and EMEA Campaign Designers to adapt global stories locally.
