Job summary

Spear Bio Inc. is seeking top-performing Business Development Managers to introduce our ultra-sensitive Immunoassays to the Life Sciences and CRO markets across the EMEA region, with bases in Europe (i.e. London, Germany).

Leverage a deep network of neurodegenerative disease researchers in Big Pharma, Biotech, CROs, and academia to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and achieve quotas while traveling 30–40%.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or related field with 6–12+ years in technical sales or business development.
• Clear and pro-active communicator with advanced commercial sales acumen, high energy, a strong work ethic, and a bias for action.
• Ability to translate observations and customer feedback into strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% for customer engagement and industry events

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations to promote the value proposition of Spear Bio.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Neuroscience market dynamics and technology adoption.
• Promote kit sales by providing instrument and Assay Service solutions to drive market adoption and revenue growth.
• Provide a funnel to be managed by senior Business Development Managers.
• Be on-point for all customer logistics and follow up: demos, information sharing, and other key technical details requested to engage our customers.
