Job summary

Cinder is seeking a software-focused customer engineer to join our London team. You will be the technical owner on deployed solutions, working closely with customers, CS, and the agent PM.

You will own deployments end to end and build production-grade integrations with client stacks. You will leverage Python, SQL, and frontend-ecosystem skills (Typescript, React, GraphQL) to deliver live, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Python development or equivalent experience.
• Strong backend development skills and able to read, debug, and extend codebase.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data pipelines.
• Experience with frontend integrations using TypeScript/React/GraphQL is a plus.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end to end from scoping to rollout and adoption.
• Collaborate with customers, CS and PM to understand problems and prove value.
• Build integrations to client stacks via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Document work and enable customer teams to operate without in-room support.
• Turn field learnings into reusable tooling and improvements to the core product.
