Job summary

Nordic Semi, located in Oslo, Norway, is seeking an experienced Embedded SW Test Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for the Bluetooth protocol stack. You will build tooling in Python, Jenkins, Docker, and Grafana, monitor build and test environments, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and scalability.

The role blends software development and DevOps, requiring strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, SE, EE, or related field.
• Strong Python coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for Bluetooth stack.
• Develop internal tools to improve workflows and reporting.
• Automate build and test monitoring with Grafana.
• Triage issues and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
