Job summary

BaseForce in Svalbard is hiring an Elevator Installer to join our field team. You will install, maintain, and repair elevator systems across buildings, with visa sponsorship and a full-time schedule in a challenging Arctic environment.

No prior experience is required, but a high school diploma and basic reading of blueprints plus strong mechanical aptitude are expected. We provide ongoing training, career advancement, and a diverse, supportive workplace.

Job description

As an Elevator Installer you will be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of elevator systems in various buildings and structures. This position is based in Svalbard and offers a salary of 1300$ full-time employment visa sponsorship and does not require previous experience or accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install elevator systems according to blueprints and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing elevators
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with elevator systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Requirements
