Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the delivery of electrical works for data centre and industrial projects. You will oversee the full scope from design coordination and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

You will manage subcontractors, resolve technical challenges and ensure systems are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to high quality standards. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in electrical project or package management.
• Experience on large-scale data centre or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting and control systems.
• Familiar with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full electrical package from design to handover.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor programme, resources, quality and costs.
• Review designs and proposed changes against specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Drive safety improvements and stop unsafe work when needed.
• Manage electrical documentation and testing records.
• Coordinate interfaces with other construction packages.
• Support final testing, commissioning and handover.
